Contest Rules |

|
1. You must be the photographer or you have the photographer's written consent to submit the photo. You also must own the cat and if you do not, you must provide the email address and name of the owner with the photo. We will contact the owner for permission to accept the photo.

2. Photo must be of good,
clear quality (black and white or color) and should be as close to 640
pixels by 480 pixels as possible. Pictures can be in either of the
following file extensions: jpg, or gif. Sorry, we can only accept email
Entries.

|
3. Photos that include any
names, humans, advertising logos or markings on them will not be
accepted.
|
||
|
4. Your submission is for display purposes by KwayzeKatz for the purpose of the contest only.
|
||
|
5. If you have 5 cats, you
may send us 5 emails, though please only submit one photo per cat. Make
sure that you include the following information: Your full name, name of
the cat and the story behind the picture. If you are not the owner of
the cat, please include the owner's name and email address and let them
know that we will be seeking their authorisation to accept the photo.

6. All contestants
authorize KwayzeKatz to place a caption with the published photo, which
includes your first Name, the name of the cat, the photograph and the
Story attached to the photo. No other information will be made public.

7. KwayzeKatz reserves the
right to add to or change these contest rules without prior
notification. All changes will be noted in this page and be available at
any time.

| 8. The winner will be announced on our results page. The winner should reply by email within 60 days to confirm their shipping address and receive their prize. Judging will be provided by votes cast by our customers. | ||
